HOW TO ADJUST AND WEAR YOUR QUARRY CUFF:
We recommend that you adjust the opening of the cuff only once. Set the opening width, so your wrist has a little resistance when you put on and take off. You don’t want the opening so wide that your wrist will slide out super easily. 

Continuously opening and closing the cuff will cause the metal to become brittle and eventually crack.
